What are Pilgrims services like?

Services vary from week to week and can be quite informal. A typical service includes some teaching/sermon, singing and storytelling. We occasionally have reflective services such as services modeled after Taize or group reflection or scripture. All Pilgrims, including children, are encouraged to use their gifts in worship. 

Our “first hour”, the worship service, is 60-70 minutes in length. On the first and third Sundays of each month we have a “second hour” that features inter-generational activities and conversations.  On the second and fourth Sunday we often have a second hour sermon response time. 

Dress for Pilgrims worship is typically informal. We accept diversity in dress as well as in theology and lifestyle! Between 30-45 people attend most Sundays.
